Real Life Founder & President
For over 15 years Jason Patterson has traveled the globe communicating a message of hope and purpose to anyone who will listen. Whether in a large group setting or across a table in a crowded restaurant, his joy is found in connecting with others to provide encouragement beyond life's often challenging circumstances.
A Free Lance Sports Broadcaster by trade, recent days for Jason have been heavily filled with community involvements and athletic partnerships through organizations such as Athletes in Action and FCA.
Jason and Leah live in the Upstate of South Carolina. Their main enjoyments in life are people and traveling.
Stan & Cindy Scott
The Heart of the Operation
Stan & Cindy Scott have been with Real Life since its inception. They are at the head of a team of gifted individuals who volunteer their time and talents to make the work happen. Stan currently serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board, while Cindy handles all day to day administrative responsibilities.
Their positive outlook and specific expertise in the areas of details and finances bring so much to the table with every endeavor. Nothing the organization does would be possible without their faithful service.
Michael & Erin Keel
Investing In Others Full-Time
Michael Keel is pursuing God’s call on his life alongside of his wife, Erin, and their two children, Calli and John David. The Keel family is based out of Columbus, North Carolina - an appropriate place for a bunch of Tarheel fans.
Michael is avaialble to partner with your group or organization as needed. He and his family count it a privilege to come alongside those whose vision lines up with their unique calling.

Real Life functions with key oversight and influence from a five member advisory board, which meets regularly and is involved in all major decision making related to the direction of the organization.
The Leadership team has also been blessed with an ever-expanding volunteer staff, which serves as a valuable part of the team during events, activities, and inititatives as necessary.
These are the true heroes, without their tireless efforts nothing of value could take place.
